we are currently shipping all orders FREE to Canada and the USA! Whoa!
all pieces ship from my west-end Toronto studio, usually via Chit Chats, a local shipping platform that works with Canada Post, USPS, and local postal services to deliver your packages
my fellow Canadians, you will be charged the appropriate taxes, and everyone else, you may be responsible for customs and duties, as well as your own local taxes

international shipping

due to the nature of custom and handmade jewellery, Archerade cannot offer refunds on goods purchased, except in extenuating circumstances
if there are issues with the actual jewellery (incorrect item, defective workmanship - shudder at the thought!), or the delivery (tardiness, damaged package, etc), please get in touch as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue together

*in the rare instance that a refund is issued, Archerade reserves the right to charge a 15% re-stocking fee
**return shipping is to be covered by the buyer, and it is highly recommended that the package have tracking and insurance, as Archerade cannot be responsible for return items damaged/lost in transit
